Welcome to iSchoolify. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iSchoolify platform, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By using iSchoolify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1 Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our," refers to iSchoolify, its owners, and authorized representatives.

"You," "User," "School," refers to any school, administrator, teacher, parent, student, or other authorized person using the Services.

"Platform" means the iSchoolify website, applications, and related systems.

2 Eligibility

Schools, teachers, administrators, parents, and students may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3 User Accounts

• Schools and administrators are responsible for creating accounts and managing access for teachers, parents, and students.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4 Use of Services

You agree to use iSchoolify only for lawful educational, administrative, and communication purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Misuse or exploit the platform for non-educational or commercial purposes without authorization.
• Violate applicable data protection laws, including the Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, or other relevant laws.

5 Data Ownership & Privacy

• iSchoolify acts solely as a data processor and cannot access or view encrypted school data.
• All chats within iSchoolify are protected with end-to-end encryption.
• The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6 Subscription & Payments

• Some features of iSchoolify may require subscription fees.
• Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing plan selected.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated by us.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

7 Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in iSchoolify, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, remain our exclusive property.
• Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for educational purposes only.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of iSchoolify content is strictly prohibited.

8 Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by internet providers, hosting failures, system upgrades, or events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• A user violates these Terms.
• Payments are not made when due.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity is detected.

• Tanzania Personal Data Protection Act, 2022
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (if applicable)

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. Continued use of iSchoolify after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
